Fuji and the five-story pagoda. To listen to stories about the site, we visited “Shintaku”, a Yoshida Udon noodle restaurant in Shimo-yoshida, Fuji Yoshida City. しょ初かい回のさつ撮えい影スポットは、ご五じゅうの重とう塔とふ富じ士さん山のツーショットでゆう有めい名なちゅう忠れい霊とう塔です。わたし私たちは、ちゅう忠れい霊とう塔になじみぶか深いひと人のはなし話をき聞くべく、しも下よし吉だ田のよし吉だ田うどんのみせ店「しんたく」をたず訪ねました。 (I)…Interviewer き記しゃ者 (S)…Shintaku しんたく (I): How many times have you been to Chūreito Pagoda? (S): Well, I’ve lived in this area for 62 years, and I would often visit there in my childhood. It used to be a kind of a playground. (I): Had you often recommended Chūreito Pagoda as a good tourist site before it became such a famous place? (S): Not really, ha-ha. It is true it had been one of the tourist sites since then, but in those days we took it only as a unique place where we could see a five-story pagoda and Mt. Fuji at once from the middle of the mountain. (I): So it would have already been a very familiar place among the people around here. The story about Chūreito Pagoda is over, and the interview about udon noodle starts. (I): You serve all handmade “Yosida Udon” noodles, right? (S): Yes. There are few udon noodle restaurants which serve in that way. We prepare them from one day before our business day, so we get up early every morning. (I): What are the customers in this restaurant like? (S): Most of our customers are from other prefectures or foreigners. They mostly include the visit to our restaurant in their Mt. Fuji sightseeing plans. These days, a lot of new accommodations have opened in this area, and our city seems to be more lively. (I): It would be great if we can promote this area and Mt. Fuji more than ever. Thank you very much for your cooperation. き記しゃ者 ちゅう忠れい霊とう塔にはいま今までどれくらいい行きましたか？ しんたく ここにす住んで62ねん年になりますが、こ子どものころはよくい行っていましたね、あそ遊びば場のようなところでしたから。 き記しゃ者 ちゅう忠れいとう霊塔がゆうめい有名になるい以ぜん前から、じ地もと元ではおすすめのかん観こう光ち地でしたか？ しんたく いえ、それほどでもなかったですね(わらい笑)とう当じ時からかん観こう光ち地のひと一つではありましたけど、やま山のうえ上にご五じゅうの重とう塔があって、ふ富じ士さん山もみ見えるなんて、めずら珍しいな～、ぐらいでしたかね。 き記しゃ者 せい生かつ活のなか中のいち一ふう風けい景となっていたのでしょうね。 ちゅう忠れい霊とう塔のはなし話がお終わり、うどんについてのはなし話がはじ始まる。 き記しゃ者 しんたくのうどんは、すべててづく手作りなのですか？ しんたく そうです。すべててづく手作りでやっているみせ店は、いま今ではかず数すく少ないですね。えい営ぎょう業び日のぜん前じつ日から、めん麺をう打つなどのし仕こ込みを始めます。なのであさ朝ははや早いです。 き記しゃ者 どのようなおきゃく客さんがおお多いですか？ しんたく けん県がい外のかた方やがい外こく国のかた方がちゅう中しん心ですね。ふ富じ士さん山のかん観こう光とあ合わせてき来てくれるかた方がとてもおお多いです。とく特にさい最きん近はこのしゅう周へん辺でも、がい外こく国じん人かん観こう光きゃく客む向けのしゅく宿はく泊し施せつ設などがふ増えてきて、かっ活き気がもど戻ってきているようなき気がします。 き記しゃ者 ふ富じ士さん山ととも共に、このち地いき域のみ魅りょく力をもっとつた伝えていきたいですね。きょう今日はありがとうございました。 Chūreito Shintaku Shimo-yoshida St. Fuji Kyūko Line 7
