I am trying to make the lecture attractive by interspersing it with inside stories of the airline industry and my experience of staying in the United States as a representative of ANA. I think the students at Tsuru University are very earnest and dedicated to their studies. Although fewer young Japanese people seem to have any intention of going abroad nowadays, I hope everyone who is studying at this university will get an international job and be active all over the world as a representative of Japan. I explain hospitality from multiple standpoints, introducing cases related to ANA. The students in this class are hardworking and positive!
