He is a cook and tried many kinds of Japanese food. He told us sushi was his favorite. His impression of Japanese people is that they are shy and kind. He will visit Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto besides Yamanashi. Going to the famous “Scramble” crossing in Shibuya the day before this interview is a good memory. He found this park on Instagram. He decided to come here at the recommendation of his friend who had been to this park. It is located opposite of Shimoyoshida Sta. During daytime it is café and at night it is guest house.
