The food of recommendation are tonkotsu shoyu (pork bone and soy sauce soup) ramen and fried dumplings. The noodle in the ramen was thin and the soup was light and easy to eat. The black thing on the soup is garlic oil. It added the fragrant flavor to the soup. A lot of nira (a kind of leek) is used in fried dumplings and it has a strong taste of garlic. It is juicy and tasty. Mendokoro Toraji has an English menu for foreign customers. Main store is in Fujiyoshida. It has more food to offer than the one in ShinSekai Kanpai Street. They serve not just tonkotsu shoyu ramen but other kinds of ramen as well. めん麺どころ処とら寅じ路はラーメンさか酒ば場です。てん店ない内はテーブルせき席と、カウンターがあります。おみせ店のおすすめはとん豚こつ骨しょう醤ゆ油ラーメンとぎょう餃ざ子です。ラーメンはほそ細めん麺をつか使っていて、スープはあっさりしてた食べやいです。うえ上のくろ黒いものはマーゆ油です。ぎょう餃ざ子はニラをたくさんつか使っていて、にんにくがき効いており、にく肉じゅう汁たっぷりでおいしいです。がい外こく国じん人のおきゃく客さま様のためにえい英ご語のメニューもよう用い意してあります。ほん本てん店はふ富じ士よし吉だ田にあります。 MASADON KITCHEN Masadon Kitchen is an American-Japanese fusion diner, the first eating place you come to from the entrance of ShinSekai Kanpai Street. He is from California, U.S.A. He told us that many foreign customers and customers who want to relax and have a drink alone come to Masadon.
